The Third Eu founded Project that Goldman Participated as a partner was the « Cy e-Invoicing (Local Authorities)». The consortium consisted beyond our company from the Ministry of Interior (MoI), Union of Cyprus Municipalities (UCM), Ministry of Finance (MoF), Union of Cyprus Communities, Nicosia Municipality, RTD TALOS LTD (TALOS) and BOOMERTEL LIMITED.
The Project started on the 1st of January 2018 and has ended on the 31st of March 2019. The total budget for the Project was €1,070,000.
The scope of this action was to promote and accelerate the uptake of eInvoicing among communities and municipalities in Cyprus. This action was built on the results of the first CEF eInvoicing project (Action 2015-CY-IA-0052) by piloting the eInvoicing platform (PEPPOL complaint) selected under the previous action in the Municipality of Nicosia. The eInvoicing platform was customized and tested to suit the needs of the Municipality of Nicosia.
In addition, the action undertook information gathering and analysis of existing ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning) used by the Regional and Local Authorities (i.e. communities and municipalities) in Cyprus in order to streamline and ease the adoption of eInvoicing by the local and regional authorities. Further that, enroll all 383 local authorities to the eInvoicing platform to enable receiving and processing of the electronic invoices compliant with the European eInvocing Standard (EN).
