Goldman Solutions & Services is proud to continue the development of MILA, our Generative & Agentic AI platform designed to help organizations automate customer engagement, improve service quality, and adopt AI in a practical and business-focused way.

Through the FTI/0325 project, MILA has been enhanced with scalable, multilingual, and agentic AI capabilities. The platform now supports enterprise knowledge, multiple communication channels, business system integrations, and analytics for continuous improvement.

The project (FTI/0325) was funded by the Research and Innovation Foundation, under the «FAST TRACK INNOVATION» Programme and through the Recovery and Resilience Facility of the NextGenerationEU instrument.
